Purpose and operator
These terms cover the information website lab.mojjukebox.sk and the private RELAX ONLINE VIDEO LAB prototype within the RELAX JUKEBOX project. Operator: Jozef Popjak, contact relaxgamesro@gmail.com.
The website describes the application and its policies. The local LAB is a development test for the device owner for private, non-commercial use. It is not a public music playback service.
YouTube services
The LAB uses YouTube API Services. By using its features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and these terms. Acceptance of the privacy policy is required before LAB use. Google's data processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Selecting a video and starting playback are explicit operator actions. YouTube supplies the player, controls, advertisements and content availability. Individual videos may be unavailable because of territory, age restrictions or the content owner's settings.
Private testing scope
- No payment or credits are required to search for or play a video.
- The application does not download media, provide offline playback, separate audio from video or play in the background.
- Deliberately circumventing YouTube limits or restrictions is outside the prototype's permitted use.
- Testing is limited to eligible music videos up to 15 minutes and the available quota. These restrictions are set by the prototype.
The information website and private LAB do not grant a licence for public or commercial music use. Such use requires a separate assessment of the relevant rights and provider terms.
Development and availability
This is a development prototype. Features may be unavailable, changed or discontinued during development. A successful technical test or published documentation does not constitute approval of the application by Google or YouTube.
YouTube content remains the property of its respective owners. The project name does not indicate partnership, sponsorship or representation of Google or YouTube. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
