Operator and scope

Jozef Popjak operates the information website lab.mojjukebox.sk and the private RELAX ONLINE VIDEO LAB prototype. Send privacy questions and personal-data requests to relaxgamesro@gmail.com.

This notice distinguishes visits to the public information website from use of the separate local prototype. RELAX ONLINE VIDEO LAB uses YouTube API Services. See the Google Privacy Policy for Google's data processing.

Public information website

The website has no user accounts, contact forms, analytics or advertising scripts. Its own code does not store cookies, use browser local storage, or load embedded players, fonts or other third-party content. Following an external link takes you to a separate service with its own policies.

To deliver the website, hosting provider Websupport processes technical information such as IP address, request time and address, response status and information sent by the browser. The purpose is website operation, troubleshooting and security, based on the legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation. See Websupport's privacy information.

According to Websupport's documentation, backups of access and error logs are available for the preceding 14 days. This is not a guarantee that all internal security records are erased after 14 days. Any further retention is governed by necessity for the relevant purpose and the provider's terms. This website does not create an additional visitor database.

Separate private prototype

LAB features become available after acceptance of the terms and privacy notice. When a search is manually submitted, the local server sends the query to Google to retrieve public YouTube results. Selecting a result sends its video identifier for a metadata check. The operator chooses each action.

Opening the player page loads a script from youtube.com and an embedded player from youtube-nocookie.com, before Play is pressed. Google may process the IP address, query, selected video, browser and device information, and player interactions. The player may display advertisements and use cookies or similar technologies. Privacy-enhanced player mode does not mean that no data is processed.

Google services are subject to their own policies, including retention and any international data transfers. LAB's local retention periods do not determine Google's retention. The prototype does not use OAuth, request a Google password or access private YouTube account data.

Temporary data and retention

LAB dataPurpose and retention
Search query and resultsRequest processing and temporary display in the open page. No intentionally persistent search history.
Session and protection tokenServer memory, valid for 30 minutes, for consent checks and request protection.
Reference to a selected resultServer memory, valid for 2 minutes.
Single-use player-opening grantServer memory, valid for 60 seconds, consumed on opening. This is not a playback-duration limit.
Operation timestampsIn memory for a rolling 24-hour usage limit; sessions also have per-minute limits.
Owner's API keyLocal startup and API authentication only, held in launcher and server-process memory during testing.

The key is entered in a local form and passed to the server. It is not stored in a file, URL or public webpage. LAB's own code does not intentionally write queries, video identifiers, tokens or the API key to application logs. It does not use its own cookies or persistent browser storage.

Expiry is checked on use, with periodic server cleanup approximately once a minute. Temporary browser or process data is not physically overwritten with a guarantee of complete memory erasure.

Ending a session and deletion

End session revokes the session and unused result references. End test stops the local server; also close any open player tab. Closing the key-entry tab alone does not stop the server. The test launcher has a one-hour time limit.

Data deletion within Google services is governed by Google's tools and policies. If you contacted the operator by email, you can request access to or deletion of your message using the same contact.

Contact messages and your rights

If you write to relaxgamesro@gmail.com, the operator processes your email address, message and information you provide to respond and handle the request. Messages are delivered through Google's Gmail service. Processing is based on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, for statutory rights requests, compliance with a legal obligation.

Messages are retained while the matter is handled and afterwards only as necessary for follow-up, evidence of handling or protection of rights. Open matters and any statutory obligations are considered when assessing deletion. Do not send API keys, passwords or sensitive information.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent for consent-based processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. Send requests to the email address above.
